October 9, 2007

Members Present: Ron McBeth, Jean Hoerer, Lucinda Johnson

Members Absent: Muriel Hedrick

I. Minutes were read and approved

II. Old Business

A. Jean reported that a note about the milk money had appeared in one Sunday’s bulletin.

B. Ron read a thank you note from Marcia Richman, representing the school and thanking Bethel for the donation.

III. New Business

A. Ron reported on the Planning Council Meeting

B. We discussed the possibility of having a joint meeting in December with other committees that are under the board of Evangelism. Ron will email everyone.

IV. Adjournment

A. Meeting adjourned at 7:33 PM

B. Next meeting Tuesday, November 13

1. Jean will not be able to attend

2. Lucinda will take notes

C. Devotions will be led by Muriel Hedrick
